I am the type of person who HATES to call the doctor for just anything. I typically will only call if it's an in your face issue (like having an allergic reaction to a bug bite - I did not call until I had huge welts on my legs that were at least 4 in diameter).
Anyways, last night about 1:30 am I woke up with some cramps and contractions. The contractions were slightly painful - but not horrible by any means (more than the usual BH), but enough to cause that sweaty feeling. I had about 5 in an hour and just as I was rolling over to wake up DH, it all kind of went away.
With DD, my water broke at home and I literally felt nothing till I was 6 cm, then it hit me like a ton of bricks all at once. And i know that at this stage (34 weeks tomorrow) what happened last night may be normal (may not be) and anything could possibly happen. This morning just feeling the typical sore and a little crampy, which isn't necessarily out of the ordinary for me.
Just debating on if I should call today to talk to my dr about it or hold off until my scheduled appt tomorrow (unless something would happen in the mean time that woudl be the in my face "I need to call").
Just needing some other opinions.

I do have a ton of BH contractions every single day, some of them time-able, some not. These were definitely not the typical BH contractions, though.
I told my doctor about it at my appointment and she just asked how long it lasted before it went away. I told her it was about an hour and she just nodded her head and said, "Good." That was it.
With that said, if calling will make you worry less and feel a little better, there is no harm in picking up the phone.
*By "okay" i mean regular old pregnancy uncomfortable instead of "good gravy that hurts!"
