Coffee and Butterscotch Lactation Cookies. I ate the first 5 hours ago, the second 30 minutes ago and am currently working on the third... Do your magic! Mama needs more milk!

  • Try eating steel cut oats and head out to your local natural food store for some fenugreek and mothers milk tea.  Drink, drink, drink your water (I find a bit of lemon in mine makes it go down easier) and nurse, nurse, nurse, pump, pump, pump.
