Help Potty treaining I am about to loose my mind with DD!

Please help someone, anyone! I am loosing my mind trying to PT DD. She is 2y 4m old. I trained DS around this age and it went so much better. We did more or less the 3 day method with her (daytime only she wears night night pants at bedtime and naptime). Well after about 5 or 6 days she got much better but she is still having accidents galore. DS was almost accident free after 4 or 5 days. Anyway, she will go pee and poop on the potty no problem and enjoys it. We get excited and encourage her when she does it. most of the time she will go to the potty all by herself or tell us that she needs to go so we can help. she is bare bottomed 90% of the day normally. If we are out for a while she will even come home dry if we put undies or training pants on her. But several times a day she will just pee on the floor without saying anything or making any attempt to go to the potty. Like she will be standing next to the pottychair and go on the floor! We are now 3 1/2 weeks in and she is still hasn't had one accident free day that I can think of! I don't want to quit because putting diapers back on her just feels so counter productive but I am so sick of these accidents! She might go to the potty 8 times a day and then not give peeing on the floor a second thought 3 times the same day. It seems to be a little worse when she has undies on too.

Today I thought I would try reward stickers for when she goes in the potty but the tally is 3 stickers and 2 accidents.

She can usally stay dry at nap time too wierdly enoough. Advice/ suggestions please!

does she even realize she's doing it? or maybe she's not excited enough about, try offering some really awesome rewards before you give up. Toys from the dollar store popsicles, chocolate chips, lollipops whatever you think she would really work hard for

It's possible she just isn't ready quite yet.

I wish I had more advice for you but your doing what I would it, it seems.

I am no expert on PT but this really sounds like she is not ready? I would imagine most kids that are ready will tell you that they just peed on the floor?

I also would hate to go back to diapers..If I were in your shoes maybe I would do pull ups and continue to tell her "Let mommy know if you have to go pee pee/ or pooh pooh" and wait a few weeks/months before trying 3 day potty training again?

I did find that in the first month or two just pants with no underwear worked better...she could feel that there was no diaper there. I think sometimes underwear makes them forget and feel like they have a diaper.
