Baby acne

LO will be one month old tomorrow and in the past few days, has developed what I think is baby acne. But now I am second guessing that as she is starting to show bumps on her upper chest, back, arms, scalp and even ears. It doesn't seem to be bothering her at all. She isn't fussy nor does she have a fever. I am trying to decide whether or not to take her to the pediatrician. Does anyone else have a LO with a similar issue?

    Took Ema to the Dr. this morning. Turns our that she has three things going on - acne and cradle cap on her face (who know?!) and another rash on her chest and back. Poor thing. They recommended 1% hydrocortisone cream for two weeks.

    Its most likely just baby acne. I was told its from our hormones and that it should go away. I stopped putting lotion on my LO's face and it seams to help.
