CO modification without changing CS?

recap of our CO situation: we don't have one. Our divorce decree states that BD is entitled to "regular and frequent parenting time" and we've been half-assing a schedule that works for us (hah, yeah right) for the last two years.

CS situation: We just had a final court hearing 3 weeks ago for BD's contempt charge, he hasn't been paying CS for a year now. Since he didn't show up to either hearing the judge granted and extra amount per week to catch up his arrears and my lawyer's office is (supposed to be) submitting a payroll deduction to BD's employer. Because of this I don't want to come anywhere near close to touching a CS modification.

Is it possible to put a CO in place to address parenting time, holidays, driving, etc without having a change in CS? His # of overnights and days with DS hasn't changed since the CS amount was calculated.
