Help! Thrush

Hi ladies. I am suffering from thrush, and am on meds & cream. My issue is, my nipples are all cracked and its extremely painful to nurse. I feel like my nipples can't heal bc I'm nursing every 2-3 hours. Any suggestions?!

    When mine cracked I did a saltwater rinse (like saline content, not real salty, I think 1 tsp per cup) after each feeding and let them air dry, then I'd put on lanolin like crazy.  You can't express bm because of the yeast.  

    Grapefruit seed extract was a saving grace to help me get rid of the thrush.  We're still not 100% rid of it, but I'm not dying of misery anymore.
