Updated dpo tracking in OP Because I don't torture myself enough please tell me it's all in my head

So, got pregnant w DD after fresh IVF ended ectopic and a failed FET, went through 6 eggs and lost her twin. We are male factor infertility and Husband had varicocele repair about a year ago that slightly improved numbers but still doctors say we are IVF w ICSI only chance. So since I got AF back in January we've been trying, you know, jic that one it only takes happens for us. So since March when it seems my periods more normal I have pretty much gotten hopes up.. Every. Freaking. Time. I was totally sick for week and half leading up to O and we DTD once because opks showed I was ovulating a couple days early, confirmed by temp rise and typical mittleshmirtz pain I get. Anyway, been tracking symptoms you know, because clearly I like to torture myself. Proud I haven't wasted a hpt, but here it is so far today 7 dpo:

3dpo tired. Super cranky, sad

4dpo tired. Still cranky, still sad, left calf pain/ aching

5dpo Painfulish uterus, felt like pulled muscle. Fatigue. Nighttime nipples started hurting

6dpo Tender tight uterus area. Bloating by end of day. Painful nipples, fatigue. Peeing in middle of night. Bad early morning nausea. For about an hour right side was the most tight/localized. Tonight still r side more, but more evenly other sides. Had not been for discomfort and pains, would have been DTD w hubby as all I could think of all afternoon not like me at all during this part of cycle. Gas

7dpo vivid dreams last night. Still fired up, uterine discomfort much less today so far but last two days started off better in morning so we will see. Right eye blurry all morning and congestion.

All symptoms I am tracking are not normal for me this time of month, and yea some are probably completely random and not connected to if it were a BFPS anyway, but I think mentally just trying to keep myself occupied while we try and figure out how the heck we are going to afford to IFV or FET for baby 2.
How do you torture yourself and please, tell me how crazy I am, I need to convince myself to not psych myself up over nothing this month again.

8dpo Tired, nipples still sensitive/ sore
IBS like stomach pain followed by loose stool and complete attack emptied colon amountsorry tmi, but having a lot of attacks like that lately and normal healthy diet always have had. Been super cuddly lately. Since qualifying cranky, should list this too right? Neg HPT yep, dum dum me lol
9dpo Stuffy nose, tired, sore acne started up, second time since O, painful ones. Stomach still acting up.
10dpo stuffy, Sore throat, tired, heavy feeling in lower abdomen. Slight cramp this morning, but then disappeared quick as showed up
11dpo had listed in tracker that Possible start period today my period started 11dpo past three months 34 days before tracker predicted BUTNo period yet probably due to weaning out all day time nursing a and prolactin interning less w luteal phase.
Sore throat causing cough, congestion. Still heavy feeling lower abdomen.
12dpo tired, super sore throat, congestion, headache, bloated. Right ovary area sharp pain for few hours in evening, looked up seems like corpus luteum pain, have had previous months.
13dpo feeling better, still congested, throat not as sore. Right side pain still. Tired
14dpo took hpt. BFN. Still might be too early, mentioned in another post that I think Internet cheapies not sensitive enough and technically not first day if missed period. That would be tomorrow but fully expect AF to show. Slightly sore throat, but feels very swollen. Congested, tired, also, been very cuddly and cranky last few days which makes me a delight to deal with. All I want to do is hold DD and with hubs it's let me cuddle but don't talk to me or touch me back. Lol.

Tortured myself and looked up due date calculator, would be April 1st, which was due date of my ectopic baby three years ago. So this probably best when AF arrives. Will update tomorrow one last time for this thread! Very easily down too when I think of all this TTC effort. I know you all know that feeling.

First off I am 4dpo today so I'm not far behind you.

Funny you should post this bc I am consumed with googling "BFP symptoms by DPO" and playing match the symptoms with myself haha. You know what I mean I read one person who complained of eyelash pain on 2 dpo and suddenly it's a SIGN. Haha !

I have been keeping track of my "symptoms by dpo" telling myself that it is to serve as a "baseline" for what is normal pms so I can compare when I do get a BFP BUT REALLY I'm looking for the SIGN haha!
And mine are stupid, way way past crazy and probably all in my head.

I'm also racking my brain to remember my symptoms with DS and FWIW was conceived with MFI after 4 yrs and he was a complete surprise so it can happen! I was so shocked I took 6 hpts and a blood test before it sank in. And I was 2 weeks late when I tested on a complete whim.

I really really hope you get a BFP soon! Nothing with IF is crazy.

Have I checked my EDD yup, you betcha!
Looked at maternity clothes? Yep that too.
Fantasized about how I would decorate nursery yes again.
Googled names? Yes yes.
SAved ALL of my baby gear! Oh yes.
Look at new baby gear? Yup that too.
bought mass qualities of hpts oh yeah!
I also keep my feet warm. I'm telling ya if I read online that someone conceived by DTD under a full moon with fertility symbols painted on their body I'd probably give that a shot too!
I use preseed, eat pineapple core, and make my hubby take Fertiliad and count boost.

Oh KC 1212 you are too awesome! Yep, still have all baby gear, yep, looked at winter maternity clothes because I'd have the belly by then OF COURSE!!! and I make baby clothes so have been making newborn tutus and bow ties and what not which make nice gifts for ALL my friends having babies instead.
I died at the full moon comment... That's sounds like it would work!!! Yeah, every new symptom gets a google with "dpo" after it. Seems like everything is a symptom.... Why can't it just be like, we are pregnant and our nails change color? That would save so much trouble...!!!

That is what I'm worried about, my hopes are up then! Going to dig deep and try not to test until Friday... That will be 11 dpo. Since I posted first this morning have had itchy nipples too. Googled it and found people have that as a symptom, not sure why lol. I thought if I look up a symptom I should look up why it is a symptom so I can rule it out lol. Ugh. Also, when people post posts like this they never seem to come back and say If they got BFP or BFN that doesn't help!!! Haha, I'll try not to do that, I'll leave this page open so I remember to come back and say. Keep me updated on yours! Hopefully you start showing some strong signs and it is your month too!!'

Yes keep me posted! I'm even interested in symptoms that turn out to be BFN. There has to be a pattern to this stuff and I am determined to find it!

I know with DS the red flags should have been my boobs, peeing, and I craved sausage and I don't even like the stuff!

Ladies, your responses made me laugh hysterically... not because I find it crazy, but because I do the EXACT SAME THING! I even start looking at coundowntotpregnancy.com to check all the early bfp's so I can "practice" reading one. I am such a weirdo for that one.

I have all my maternity clothes stashed away in a nice plastic bin and I refused to share them with pregnant friends because "I might need them soon." (That's horrible too).

I read the full moon thing somewhere and considered giving it a chance, but ended up forgetting all about it.

You name it, I've tried it! KC, oh my gosh I lol'ed at your comment about SIRI. That would be so fricken awesome!

Good luck to you ladies!! You are so close to testing! I just had my iui today, so I'm two weeks out. Boo... even then I don't even think I want to test. I'm too scared!!

Thank you!! That's so sweet of you. No visible polyp on the ultrasound. RE thinks it was probably just ovulation bleeding. I told her I have never bled in between cycles but she didn't seem worried about it. She said if it becomes a trend, then we'll look more carefully. IUI was easy... DH had 50 million swimmers! Holy cow! I have two really good size follicles that hadn't ovulated yet, so RE seemed really happy. Now we just sit and wait... and wait... and wait. Wish I was working to take my mind off of everything! My little students always know how to distract me

MCJ! Holy Wow 50 million! We were lucky if we had a million!!! This has got to be your month!!!

So yeah, probably too early to test if I actually were, but I am not going to test again until I would have missed period by few days if I do. Too much hopes up!!! Will still record symptoms, so next month I can go had that before!!! And go crazy less right? Kep updating yours if you want too, if only the three of us do, and one us gets BFP, then we can see what was different! :

I'm totally nuts too. I have a tub of maternity clothes, even added a few after my sister was pregnant...just in case. I have all the baby clothes from DD, and have added some of my nephews old clothes, just in case we have a boy. I try really hard not to add to my hoard of baby stuff, but when I do I usually use my daycare as my cover. I am totally prepared for twins...I have 2 cribs, 2 toddler beds, 2 swings, 2 bouncers, and plenty of clothes. I use it all (sometimes) for the daycare.

I laughed at the SIRI and full moon comments, if I think it will help us conceive I will try it. I have even paid for eBay pregnancy blessings. LOL! I have had a few psychic readings done to find out when I will be ku. Yeah they all were done 2 years ago, and all said I would be pregnant within the year. Amusing, but not helpful.

Why do we go so nuts???? I almost tested this morning but hubs had migraine and left really late like 2 hours late for work and I just wasn't holding that long!!! My period has been coming like 4 days early last four months, which short luteal phase doesn't help my already slim chances.., BUT I have zero cramps normally bad two to three days before and the first day or so if AF just a full feeling. So that is positive that at bare minimum, period more normal and luteal phase more normal. I have weaned out all day time nursing a and am down to just morning and night so that helps with prolactin levels decreasing fertility. I have been sick since last period, and was starting to feel better around O time, but now just feel sick again. Trying to convince myself it is just cold relapsing, it new cold, or because dd has been keeping me up and fatigue also linked to lack of sleep... Why does everything feel like a symptom! Was at Target yesterday and ALMOST bought a early detection test, but just the thought of a negative I couldn't bear... Rather live in a delusional fantasy a couple more days I think. Yes.. Bobo dreams... Our nickname for baby 2, from a dream I had I was pregnant and dd was asking what baby's name was and we didn't know yet so I blurted out Bobo and it stuck w dh course dream might mean I have another year or so since dd isn't talking THAT well yet... Boo lol. Haven't gone to any psychics, gave up on them when I was told emphatically dd was going to be a boy and, well? Princess through and through lol! But I would totally have my hopes up if one told me within year hmmm... Did they specify that year? I hope this is your year too!!! I'll know in a few days I am sure AF will arrive, cry and get on to next month and do it all again. I don't even know if it is worth it to chart and track and test and all when we have been given no hope. Ugh... Am I at the acceptance phase for the month????

Well, AF due and a no show, so tested again and BFN so at hubby's insistence bought an early response and boom neg. so just waiting for AF so I can plan for this coming cycle. Sharp pains and uncomfortable, but not cramps so that is weird. Ugh. Tired and easily exhausted groceries had me completely winded! Maybe dd wil take a nap w me!

You know what the cool thing is- we will be cycle buddies this cycle! AF showed for me yesterday!

This cycle I'm temping, taking Evening Primrose Oil and...
Here's where you'll think I lost my marbles BUT I read this thing about Lunar Fertility Cycles. It is a theory that women actually have TWO fertile times during the month.
So it states that whatever phase of the moon was in at the time of your birth is the your lunar fertile time.
Ex. When I was born it was a new moon SO that would mean I am potentially fertile every new moon. Now if it is a new moon moon AND I'm ovulating then it is like super fertile.

This theory is supposed to explain why women have oops babies when the thought they were "safe" from pregnancy.

I did some further googling and low and behold it was a new moon when DS was conceived.

Now everyone is going to think I've officially cracked my egg :-??

So anyway I'm going to try it this month. Nothing to lose!

I was born waning crescent. The next closet is August 2nd, right at beginning of fertile window. So if I don't still feel like slapping my hubs then maybe we just got our next schedule lmbo! Interestingly enough, I went back for S&Gs to see DD's moon phase, and she too was waning crescent (she was a FET baby, but maybe that is why she took lol!). So totally on board with your new information. This is our month KC!!! Meet me back here in two weeks with all our psycho symptoms!!! Hahaha
