I miss you guys and GTKY

I was out of town Thursday through Sunday at a music festival with limited access and work has been crazy busy for the last few weeks therefore I have not been bumpin' in a looong while. I miss you guys! So I thought I would say hi again and post a self serving GTKY...

What is your favorite brand of mascara? I feel like I try a new one every 6 months or so and haven't found a good one yet. Drug store brands are preferred, because I'm cheap like that, but if you use and love a more expensive kind, you may convince me it's worth it.

Hope you had fun at the music festival! I envy that you went -- H and I used to be huge festival goers, but figured between the heat and the druggies I didn't need to be around that this summer. I'm sure it depends on which festival you go to, but the ones we used to frequent were definitely in the hippie scene.

I use Covergirl Lashblast Volume in very black. It's not my FAVORITE, but it does the trick for a good price.

I switch between Dior Show and Clinique Dramatic Lash. Ditto on the long lashes, these two keep me from getting that spidery look and thicken them.

I LOVE L'oreal Million lashes. I've tried cheap brands and expensive and always go back to my million lashes.

This. It's the only drugstore brand I'll use. The rest of them make the dept. store brands seem worth it to me. And, I've tried the other types, within the same line, and the orange one is the only one I like.

I am a huge Benefit mascara fan. I have worn BadGal lash forever, but I recently tried their new one called They're Real and LOVED it. The difference to me is that BadGal focuses on thickening and darkening, while They're Real also lengthens so if you had super long lashes already I might stick with BadGal.

I use both of these -- drugstore brands smell weird to me for some reason. Although I always have a tube of the classic Maybelline pink and green tube for emergencies, because it never, ever, ever seems to dry out.

Ah, I miss music festivals

I use CoverGirl Lash Blast that you can buy in a 3 pack from Costco. I used to use MAC and found that cheaper CoverGirl worked that same, if not better!

Thanks for the responses, I knew I could count on the ladies of TB! I was at Bele Chere in Asheville, NC...its been going on for 35 years and this was the last one

( We had a blast and now its back to crazy work!
