Gas and eating

For the past three days my baby has had terrible gas and belly pain. I've tried everything I can think of: gripe water, baby gas x, all sorts of burping positions. It breaks my heart and is exhausting when he screams at my breast. Anyone dealing with something similar? Any ideas??

You can try putting your hand across his abdomen and applying a small amount of pressure, that seems to give M a little bit of relief. Also, if he's laying on his back you can stretch out his legs and then bring them to his chest and that helps them pass it easier. My pedi recommended these for when M has gas and the gas drops won't work. Fx things get better for him.
