diaper sizing

We use Fuzzibunz One Size Elite diapers... I thought I had the sizing pretty good, but I have noticed a very prominent line on LO's back where the elastic is. It looks like a mark that you get from wearing a rubber band on your wrist. LO is only 8wks so he does spend the majority of his time lying on his back which i'm sure does not help the situation.

Any suggestions for fixing this. I have tried loosening the diaper but it just makes the diapers too big and then we have leaks. just trying to figure out what to do! I'm worried it could be hurting LO :-(

    It's normal to have lines from the elastic - like you get from socks and such. FBs are among the smaller of the one size diapers, but even still it's pretty unlikely you'd be able to get it too tight on an 8 week old. Most OS diapers don't even start fitting until 6 or 8 weeks.

    Plus I'm of the mind that if the diaper doesn't leak and the baby isn't complaining, it's the right size!

    As you said, he is laying on his back a lot. That is the same as resting your elbows on a table. You are going to have a few marks. It doesn't sound like he is being hurt.
