Camo nursery theme!

We decided on a semi camo nursery theme! anyone else? I need ideas on what to add to the walls so its not so plain!

You could take some photos of natural places you and DH like to go (or where DH likes to go hunting?) and where you plan to take Myles when he's old enough and then frame them.

No it's not a breathable bumper, the baby doesn't sleep in its crib till I get comfortable enough to put in their own room, he will be sleeping in a pack n play bassinet in my room until I know he's safe in the crib with bumpers, I did the same for my daughter.

Everyone has their own opinions on bumpers and what not. I choose to use bumpers bc it's what I want for my baby's nursery, I'm not trying to harm him in any way

We have a decal in my sons room that says 'I don't count sheep, I count antlers' we have all my husbands deer, and bass hanging in the room.

I hear you..I did the same with DS. A matching bumper came with his blanket set and I put it in his crib for show really. Once he started actually sleeping in his crib, it came out. I just put it in there when I was pregnant because I was all excited about decorating...even if it was for show lol

I will most likely keep him in my room for at least 3-4 months, I will have a basinet in my room and a co sleeper thing that you can put in the bed with you so you don't roll over the baby, I did the same with my daughter and will do the same for my son.

I didn't say that y'all said that I was gonna harm him, I figured I would just throw that out there, everyone has there own ways on decorating their nursery and this is the way I will do that. I'm not trying to be rude or anything

I am aware of safety concerns, this isn't my first child, this is just what I chose to do, I'm very aware of SIDS and what not.

I had no idea it was your second until you said you had a daughter in this post. If it's in your siggy, I can't see it. To address your other comment, I didn't think you were trying to be rude. I was making sure you knew I wasn't being rude lol. I will most likely use a bumper for deco while baby sleeps in a PNP too. Honestly, I am a FTM and had no clue about bumpers until I came here then did some research

I don't even know what a siggy is lol, I don't come on here much and when I do it's always from my iphone

I love your theme and the teddy bear is SO cute!! Now I want to run out to Build A Bear and make one for my baby! I agree with adding some personal touches, a family photo or even some wall decals. You're a lot further ahead then I am. Congrats on your baby boy!

Thank you! I have a few ideas on personal touches, I just have to buy them off etsy to complete the room!

The animal print shop has the cutest pictures! You could buy a few to hang- they are pretty popular in nurseries

Maybe also incorporate some rustic decorations such as a little wooden birdhouse or a dream catcher.

Not a huge camo fan personally, but I think Cabella's has nursery stuff. My in laws have been all about it lol.
