Mom & Baby Yoga

I went for the first time today, and it was so much fun! I didn't have high expectations. I love yoga, but I didn't foresee G getting much out of it. But he loved it! And, I learned a new way he likes to be on his tummy - me on my back, with my legs up but bent at 90 degrees, and him on my shins. Yay!

    That's awesome. I would love to do some mom and baby activities. I just don't know where to start looking in my area!

    This was at the library, but there are also classes at some of the studios. Sometimes the local boutiques and consignment shops gave message boards with classes advertised.
