Adjusted age vs real

Ok, I'm so confused! Do you go by your twins adjusted age, how many weeks they'd be if went to term, or real age when looking at developmental milestones? My twins were born at 37 weeks and are now 5 weeks old (born 6/23). So, when calculating when they should smile or roll over, what age do I follow?
Hopefully this isn't a goofy question! My previous pregnancies went over due, 41 weeks, and it felt like those babies did things really early!

37w is technically FT so you don't adjust. However, all kids develop differently and those milestone charts are just a guideline not set in stone.
