Updating the baby book

I'm so behind. The last month I updated it was his 8th month...  I have my little notes of dates/milestones/etc. - I just have to actually write them in the book. I used to be excited to recount all of these things in the baby book but now, it just seems like a daunting task. I know...lazy much?! 
Anyone else slacking on the baby book updates, or is it just me??

    I'm terrible at it too!  I don't think I've updated since January.  Eeek!

    Ummm ... your supposed to write stuff in those books?!?!?!?

    Yeah ... about that ... I know I have one ... but I also know I have never updated it ... I know I have things written on random peices of paper ... I really need to gather all those notes and actually update her book! 

    I always have the best intentions and plans ... but I have issues with follow through.  :-(

    Reproductive Endocrinologist diagnosed us "Unexplained Infertility".
    After 3 years . . . 3 IUIs . . . and 3 IVFs . . . our miracle GIRL arrived on August 6, 2012.

    Got pregnant on our own without Fertility Treatments - January 2016!  Thank you snow storm Jonas!
    EDD 10/15/16
    At 20-week anatomy scan found IUGR (Intrauterine Growth Restriction), and very low Amniotic Fluid.  Now, I'm High Risk and have weekly ultrasounds to monitor fluid and growth.  If baby runs out of room or is too growth restricted, they will deliver ASAP.  My current goal is to make it to 28 weeks!

    Uhhh okay girls, i had plan on doing mostly pics with an occasional "First taste of solids..." or "First bath..." nothing more elaborate.  Please tell me that's what ya'll are alos doing, bc I'm way behind if not....

    Lurker here-coming out of the shadows :).  I am definitely way behind and feel so guilty about it so it is good to hear that I am not the only one.  I was pretty diligent until about 6 months as well.

    @Island_Breezie Well....see....in my Koa's baby book there is a big place to write something EVERY MONTH so I began writing extended paragraphs (about half a page long) in the beginning. Now, of course, I HAVE TO keep writing extended paragraphs every month or I'll totally feel guilty! So throughout the month I keep a note in my phone of different things he has started doing/done/blah blah blah and then whenever I get around to it (3 months later in this situation) I try to come up with what I can to make a long entry!
    With all that said: I totally would have done it your way if I knew better then...hindsight and all.

    I have one of those calendars that comes with the milestone stickers and the lines to fill in. ("This month, baby loves _____.") We sit down at the end of every month and fill in what happened. Sometimes, when something major happens, I'll remember to affix the sticker right then.
