Monthly Cycle

I was curious how your monthly cycle is?  I know it's normal to have a messed up cycle for awhile but I wondered when it returns back to normal.  I've been back on birth control pills for about 3 months now...I can't remember the name, it's the pill you take while breastfeeding.  Anyways, I've been getting my cycle every 2 weeks or so even though I take the pill on time regularly.  I'm just curious when it should return to normal or if i need to notify my doctor about this.  Thanks!

    I'd probably talk to the doctor- mostly because birth control usually regulates you to a 28 day cycle, you have your actual flow when you take the non-hormone portion of your pack. If that's not what's happening for you, the pill may not be working and you could possibly not be preventing pregnancy.
