I am curious if there is a better option for sleep monitors than buying a whole new one and using two. We use a bassinet in our room for the first few months because of nursing but when LO goes into her own room we'll need to have something figured out. TIA!

    Are you talking about a video monitor, or just audio?  I know with the video monitors, you can just buy a second camera, and use the same receiver- it will allow you to switch between cameras.  I'm not sure if you can do the same with audio monitors or not- just buy a second nursery unit and use the same receiver for both transmitters, but it's worth looking into.  I'd check out your manufacterer's website, or amazon.

    I think we'll need two videos bc DD doesn't make a peep when she wakes up. She just sits and waits. I hadn't thought to check the manufacturers website. Thanks a lot!

    I was wondering this too. We have a video monitor now for DS and I'd like to use one for this baby as well. I haven't looked into it yet but it's on my list of things to do!

    I just ordered a video camera that links to my phone. I'm pretty sure I can direct the camera around the room so I can see either crib. It's coming by Fedex today so I haven't used it. I think the brand is "foscam" or something.
