update: bleeding.freaking

Just got back from the doctor and am happy to say everything is looking good. She found the heartbeat on the doppler right away and did a pelvic exam which was good, just a little tenderness in one area of the cervix. I gave a urine sample and there was no evidence of a UTI, but there was some blood in the urine so she was concerned that I might possibly have a short cervix and sent me for an ultrasound. Because my A/S was next week they decided to go ahead and do that while I was there and check everything out. Everything measured good and I am proud to say we are expecting a little GIRL! 

Not sure yet what the bleeding and the bladder issue is, but my cervix measured average and placenta placement was normal also. The doctor is going to call me back this evening and hopefully I just overdid something and just have to relax for the next couple of days. Definitely relieved and happy to be joining team pink! Thanks for the support ladies!

    This is great news. After just experiencing this myself I know first hand how scary that truly is. I'm glad everything is good and your now team pink.
