Monthly book clubs or children 0-5 years... suggestions please

When my daughter was a baby I got her Brighter Visions learning adventures which came with a book, activity, work book and toy.  
Now that my Lo is here I would like to start doing the same for him but am not having much luck finding anything.   Brighter visions doesn't have a site anymore and I looked into Citrus Lane but am not highly impressed with that one.  I want it to be something he can learn from not just a box of "stuff".

I did look into Baby Einstein and am leaning towards that one if I can not find anything else.

If any of you could recommend a club I would appreciate it.  I know it seems silly since my LO is only 3 months but I remember my daughter loved getting the box of stuff in the mail and the books (which we still have) are wonderful.

    They aren't based so much in books but have you checked out kiwi crate? They do activities and have some variety. .. something to think about :)
