RRLT while in labor?

How much and what concentration of RRLT is good to drink while in labor? I am not in labor now, but drinking about 4 cups/day, and 4-6tsp of loose RRLT in the 4 cups of water.

    I read something that said when you go into labor to drink a very strong hot batch. Not sure on actual amounts but was thinking I would just do 4 tea bags in a few cups of water at once.

    Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but my understanding is that RRLT is something that takes time to work which is why you start drinking it long before your EDD.  So I'm not sure it will have any impact once you are in labor.  That being said I drank a glass or two while in labor with my first because I was thirsty and it was already made in the refrigerator.

    Oh, no I've been drinking it since the 3rd tri, so I am all good there. Just wondering how much to drink while I was in labor. Thats all! :)

    Can I ask when you guys started drinking it? Like how many weeks. I'm 29wks and planned on starting around 32. Is that good or should I start now? Thanks in advance!!

    I started drinking the tea in the third tri and started taking the caplets at 34w.

    I don't plan to worry about it in labor. Like with DD I've just used it for prep.

    My MWs recommend starting at the end of 2nd tri beginning of 3rd tri.

    Same here.  I don't know if it did anything to help, but I figured it couldn't hurt!
