Reflux

Just wondering if anyone had suffered acid reflux? What did it feel like? I've developed a pain in my solar plexus area that completely floors me. I've had it about 6 times since the baby was born and never before. The on call nurse that i spoke to thinks it is acid reflux. I've had what I thought was reflux a couple of times during pregnancy but it was more of a burny acidic feeling in my upper cheast and throat. I have a doctor's appt tomorrow, but wondered if anyone had experienced a pain like this and if it was diagnosed as reflux.

    I had to google solar plexus, but typically my acid reflux is a burning in my upper chest and throat. Acid reflux is awful, sorry you're having icky pains!

    I had really bad acid reflux while pregnant, but I didn't get any pains in my solar plexus.  Mine just felt like that gross "Holy cow, I feel like I'm going to throw up" feeling.  Like where I didn't want to move too much and I had to sit upright.  (Sorry if it's TMI.  I don't know how else to describe it!)

    Thanks Ladies! I'm being treated for reflux, but the doctor also took some blood and discovered that I have elevated liver enzymes...which is really scary! I am going in for an ultrasound on my liver and gall bladder on Tuesday. I Dr Googled, and now I'm terrified.

    I was having pain in that area. They took my gallbladder out and I am fabulous again. Mine was overactive

    The doctor is thinking this might be the problem for me too. Fingers crossed they figure it out for me. In having an attack right now and its painful :-(

    I spent months in pain. Anytime I ate or drank it was horrible. Have your doctor do a HIDA scan. That's what figured out my problem
