Any nap tricks?

My girls will be seven months next week and they only like to nap in thirty minute stretches or if one is sound asleep the other will wake her I'm super lucky if I get three 45min naps a day and for that one girl is on me the other in the swing

    Feeling your pain - I have similar boys. On Thursday we chat with a sleep consultant. If I get any good stuff, I'll let you know.
