No HB, I'm out again XP

Well I have been laying low since my BFP. The excitement of my BFP wore off as soon as the pee stick dried. I had an u/s a week and a half ago to find a HB so I could get started on heparin for a protein S deficiency. Saw a flicker and have been on heparin and my progesterone was low so I started crinone. Went back today for an u/s and there was no longer a HB. So this is m/c #4. I'm going in for a d&c on Wed. Right now I'm beyond done. The past 2 years have been TTC or pg. I have saved all of dd's baby stuff in hopes of using again but I think I'm ready to get rid of it. I'm broken and defeated.
