About two weeks ago, I had cramps on my right side for about 4 days. Last night I had severe heart burn and ending up being sick from it. I have been feeling somewhat nausea ever since. I'm about 10 days of from getting my period. I did take a pregnancy test but it was negative. Is it possible that I could be pregnant.

Nope. Negative = Not pregnant. At least not for now. Keep testing. Use pink dye and first morning urine.

If you got a negative test I would assume you aren't pregnant.

Just in case. Neg test means not pregnant. Test again in a week.

10 days away from getting your period? So you could, theoretically, only be like 2-3 DPO? Well...that would explain the -HPT.

If you're implying that you O'd two weeks ago and you are still 10 days away from your period...that's a 24 day LP.

Home pregnancy tests that use pink dye, rather than blue. The ones with the blue dye aren't as accurate.

If you're actually trying to get pregnant, you really need to learn about how this all works. Get an account with Fertility Friend and do their free tutorials, you'll learn a ton about how your cycles and body work and also when to realistically expect ovulation, periods, and such. If you're still 10 days from getting your period and convinced these symptoms are actually pregnancy related, you're seriously in the dark about how things really work.

I would say not preggers. Is it possible you ate something bad that made you react that way?

I'd wait until you're a few days late and then retest if you thing there is a possibility that you are KU.

If you had cramps for 4 days on one side, it may have been from ovulation.

The heartburn and nausea could be from eating something that didn't agree with you or some kind of stomach bug.

If your period isn't due for another 10 days, implantation probably wouldn't have happened yet, even if you did conceive.

The wording is a bit confusing. Are you saying you still have to wait 10 days until your period arrives, or are you 10 days "late"? If the former, it's too early to test and have pregnancy signs - wait until your missed period. If you actually meant the latter, you may not actually be "late" but rather just ovulated later than you normally would. Without monitoring your basal body temperature daily, you have no way of knowing for sure when you ovulated. If you are unsure, the recommendation is to take a pregnancy test once a week until it either comes out positive or you get your period. If you reach 60 days since your last period started, consider seeing your doctor. Good luck!

Thank you for all your comments. Sorry my words were confusing. Im not assuming that I ovulated yesterday and yes I maybe in little in the dark about getting pregnant as I haven't really thought much about getting pregnant till now. I joined this community for questions and help that I might need.

So then you might want to lurk a bit and read the newbie blog. If you expect to get what you want out of this community you need to learn ASAP asking the board if you're pregnant is a no no. And just to clarify, you DID ask. Because apparently when people ask "am I pregnant" they don't actually expect an answer as to whether or not they're pregnant. They don't actually know how to communicate effectively. It's an epidemic.

This -- along with learning about how you get pregnant. It does confuse me how little people know about their bodies.

You are pretty far from getting your period. I would wait until you are late and then test.
