Milestones/ questions/ vents? pretty boring over here, just getting bigger and bigger. I'm surprised at myself every time I walk past a full length mirror or catch my reflection in a window.
QOTW: describe your maternity clothing style. I like the tighter tops with rouching that hugs the bump. I think it makes me look more pg/less fat... hopefully. I thought I'd be rocking a lot of maxi dresses this summer, but I put one on about a month ago and realized I looked like a shapeless whale. I just can't rock 'em.

Had an appointment today and got to see baby. She is 2 lb 13 Oz and in the 33rd percentile. I was measuring (fundal height) only 3 weeks ahead instead of 5 this time so OB isn't concerned anymore.

Like MM, I like the shirts that bunch under the boobs. I have a pair of jeans from motherhood that I adore. I wear them as often as I can lol

Milestones/ questions/ vents? Well, if this baby comes when Griffin did, he'll be here on Sunday. Thought I was going into labor last weekend as I had 7 hours of contractions, but nothing came of it. Just waiting it out. :-)
QOTW: describe your maternity clothing style. I also like the tighter tops with the ruching. Anything loose makes me look huge. I really am all belly, so I prefer a skirt or shorts with a tight tank. I have a few maxi dresses, but they are very slim fit so they work. I can't do pants, as I carry too low and they hurt.Hope this works. I was trying to respond to a post on my other BMB and my reply wasn't showing up. Weird.

I am just about 5 weeks.

I am still trying to grasp that fact that we are expecting. We planned to try July-December and didn't expect to be expecting the first month. Trying to be cautiously optimistic and get the list of all that needs to be done underway.
Maternity Style: I am plus size, I can typically get away with just going up a size at some point, but I don't think my maternity style is much different from my regular style.

Milestones/ questions/ vents? N/A, really. I managed to survive a beach vacation with lots of bike rides by doing as little walking as possible. It turned out great. Everyone was a huge help and respected my condition (SPD) as one that works great with biking and not at all great with walking or carrying my toddler.

Does anyone not love the ruched tops that are tight? They're definitely the most flattering! I cycle among several ruched, stretchy t-shirts each day. I have two pairs of capris (knee length) that I cycle through, as well as a few other bottoms that work ok (because it's sort of hard to cycle through two things!) I like dresses, but they are more likely to make me look huge than the t-shirt/shorts combo is (though in reality, my legs/butt ARE huge, so you'd think dresses would do me good.) I was wearing a dress the other day on vacation when out to eat and this dude came up to me and said, "July baby?" "No, not until September." He is the FIRST one (other than my crazy mom) to think I looked big for my due date. Everyone else says I'm tiny. I blame it on wearing a dress.
