Orange tongue and EBF?!

DS is 4 months today, and his tongue is orange! He is EBF and only has been sucking on his green pacifier today. Any ideas? I googled a little and it doesn't seem worrisome but it is sure odd.

Did he have on an Orange bib that he may have had in mouth? Not sure :-?
