Sig Help (sorry)

I'm finally on a PC and would rather not be 55 weeks pregnant :)  I can't find the help page that tells me how to put a picture as my siggy.  Anyone care to help me out.

    aw, look at me with a siggy.  Now I just have to go add a ticker.    Thank you....I didn't even know there was a SAHM board, gonna have to check it out since I am one.
