Kicking myself

So I trigger tonight, making last night my last night of shots. Somehow I messed up how much gonal I had left from the night before. I thought I only had a little and mixed a whole new 450 unit. Turns out I had enough from the night before so I just wasted an all new gonal. Ugh I'm so mad at myself. I just keep thinking how if we need to cycle again we could have used it, or donated it. Anybody else out there accidentally throw away money in if? Make me feel better and not alone lol

Are you using the pen or mixing vials? If you are using the pen I had to open a new pen and I used the remainder a few months later. As long as it is kept refrigerated you will be fine

Unfortunately the vials, there is always the possibility I will need to booster w trigger. I didn't last ivf though

Sorrellam, don't worry too much. If it makes you rest easier, I have one extra, and I likely won't be using it unless my luck is bad enough that all three FETs dobt work by August 2014 (exp). I'll mail it to you if you get to a second IVF, which you won't, because this has to be it for you! FX. PM me if you need to.

RosyGlow...you are like the "big sister" of our little community here (though quite a bit younger than me and probably most). You are a caretaker and will make an awesome mom!!

I left out a bottle of Lupron in my kitchen counter. Although general consensus was that it was okay, my fave nurse needed up calling me and was like, "um, have you noticed the heatwave? Throw that thing out". I had one more night of Lupron.... Went out a d bought a whole new bottle just for one night. Things happen. Don't sweat it.

Hehe. I'll take that kind compliment - thank you! I just have insurance coverage and I wish I had more extras. It's crazy how much that being OOP must add to people's stress during IVF. Case in point...sorrellam should go celebrate making it to trigger, but instead wants to kick herself. ;-)
