initial mfm meeting?

We found out we are having identical mono/di twins at 11.5 weeks at our sequential screen. Next week we have our initial meeting with our high-risk doctor at 14weeks pregnant. They told me the scan will be an hour and a half and then the doctor will review it and then come back and talk to us about it. What should I expect? What are they looking for? Will they be able to tell the sex? I'm a little anxious and nervous. I just want everything to be okay. TIA .

    Congratulations! I didn't see MFM until 19 weeks for a follow up after our anatomy scan. I'm not sure what they're looking for that early, but I don't think they can tell the sex that early. Just try to relax and take it one day at a time!
