If your LO is fighting a nap, how long do you wait before you get him out of the crib?
For background, DS is still transitioning from two naps to one. This afternoon he was showing tons of signs of being very tired only 3 hours after his midday nap, so I did our nap routine and put him in the crib. He's been in there playing for 30 minutes now and shows no sign of actually sleeping. He has only a blanket and his lovey, but somehow he's still been able to entertain himself. (Why is it not so easy to entertain him in the grocery buggy?? Question for another day...) Just curious to see what other moms do.
Re: Naps - How long do you wait?
I also leave her until she cries.
Downtime is good for everyone. It's also so fun to listen to her chat with herself.
