Dark green/grayish poop

LO's poop has been grayish green all week. should i be worried? I did change her formula to Enfamil gentle ease. She seems ok to me but i was just wondering.

    It is probably fine -- my doctor said that she isn't concerned as long as the poop is "earth toned," and really the only thing that concerns her is blood (or excessive diarrhea). If you are concerned, give the doc a call, but I wouldn't worry.  My LO is also formula fed.
