Baby used to sleep,what happened?

My LO used to sleep 9pm to about 5 am and then again until 8 am or 9 am. He even started Sttn a few nights here and there. But this week, he has been sleeping terrible. Usually wakes up around 10 or 11 and needs to be rocked back to sleep. Then he will wake up twice (around 3 am then again 5am to 6 am) for a feeding. Then up again for the day a short time after that. He isn't even sleeping that great during the day...he refuses to nap. I'm exhausted. Is this just a phase or am I SOL? And of course I will be going back to work soon. He will be 14 weeks old on Monday.

    I am sure it's a phase. I find with my LO that a bad night tends to be followed by a few more bad nights before it passes. No idea why she's like that, but since she's a baby - I've given up trying to figure it out.

    My DS went through this. Lasted for about a week. Noww this week he is super crabby during the day. Always something!

    It's very normal! The first year could be hit and miss for a lot of kiddos. Teething, Illness, travel. Once I realigned my expectations I'm much happier!
