Mine sort of did a back to front roll this morning. His arm got in the way though so it wasn't a full roll over. I tried laying him on a flatter surface (we were on the couch and I put him on the floor) but he didn't try again.
Nope. He gets to his side and then just hangs out there, like he doesn't know what to do next. However, the current diaper rash situation is resulting in a lot more tummy time (it hurts for him to lay on his back/ butt), which I am hopeful will result in him rolling from front to back pretty soon!
Not yet completely. She tries really hard to go from back to tummy and gets mad that she can't. She hasn't figured out on her own yet what to do with the arm underneath.
My LO has been rolling for a couple of weeks now and she's a rolling machine. Now that she's figured out how to roll back to front, I cannot stop her from sleeping on her stomach. A little weird becuase prior to that she hated doing tummy time and now she loves it.
We're in the same boat as a lot of others: M will go onto his side and then the down arm prevents him from moving all the way forward.
His new thing is lifting his legs and tucking his chin and arms to try to sit straight up. The rolling from side to side has lessened since he's started doing this.
My DD has been rolling front to back for a while now but just starting to try rolling back to frot. Like pp said she gets stuck and can't figure out what to do with her hands. I have noticed though the last week or so I put her down on her playmat to go to the bathroom and come back and she's scooted off! I'm like wait where are you going?! Lol
B has been inconsistently rolling from tummy to back since about 3 weeks old - getting better at it each day. About 2 weeks ago she figured out back to tummy and LOVES it - she hardly ever lays on her back now, except to sleep.

Will has been rolling from tummy to back for quite some time but has just started doing it more consistently. I am waiting for him to roll from his back to tummy. He gets to his side and then stops... Any day now I'm sure.
