GD and ice cream?

I keep reading that a lot of ladies are eating ice cream as their night time snack. Do you test after? How do I know if my body can handle it? I don't want to eat ice cream and not know its spiking my blood sugar and causing problems.

try it as one of your other snacks or you can always stay up a little later and test
