Aww, I don't have any experience with this issue but I wanted to say I'm sorry you're dealing with it.Try to stay positive and hang in there until the 19th. I'm sure you know this, but there are other ways to be intimate. Is your husband understanding? I hope it's easily treatable and you feel better soon. Keep us updated.
I'm still at work, and was just checking in for a second for a mental break, but wanted to say that yes, I'm still having issues. Mine are different in that they were the result of tearing from delivery, but it's still painful to have sex. I feel bad because between that and just being tired from having DD, I really not in the mood when SO asks. He's really understanding, but I know that he's sad sometimes too. And, really, I am too - I miss the closeness.
I had different issues due to tearing so I can't give advice, just wanted to let you know you are not alone in having problems in this area. My obgyn told me that she thinks it takes a year before you know for sure how things are going to be permanently. But, the pain coming for within rather than at the opening seems a little different than what most people are experiencing. I hope your obgyn can help.
Sex? what is that? @JandACoffee Am impressed you have the energy and free arms to make attempts.
Had c sect when hit 6cm, so similar. Yes, there is still initial discomfort. Read with nursing, there is a potential for dryness regardless of type of delivery but does not sound like what you are experiencing.

I hope that they're able to help on the 19th.
