Correct me if I'm wrong.... When you get a positive OPK that means the LH hormone has been detected. Within 24-48 hours you should ovulate. And if you are charting your BBT then you should notice a decrease in temperature when you do ovulate or is the decrease in temperature before you ovulate? I'm confused. Info overload. Someone please spell it out. Thanks! :)

    Positive OPK means 12-36 hours until possible ovulation, I believe. You'll have a temp increase for three days to confirm O, and then it should stay above your coverline most days until your period (some people say coverlines don't really mean anything, but in my experience, if it drops below more than 2-3 times, it takes away my CHs), at which point it will drop.

    Someone correct me if I have anything wrong.
