Where are you putting your maternity photos?

I'm not sure if its strange to hang just a solo maternity picture of myself in the nursery.. I had a friend take some of just me when we got together one day so I don't actually have a couples maternity photo which would seem more ideal to put up in the nursery and I'm not sure if we're gonna have any of us together. He's not one to ever want to take photos, so would it seem odd to have one of just myself in there and not him?

On another note what are you planning to do with your maternity photos? Living room? Hallway?

    Heck, go for it! As selfish as it sounds, I'm going to be spending way more time in LO's nursery than DH will so I made it as easy peasy and comfortable for me as it is for LO. Is there a stash of Hershey's kisses in the glider in his room... maybe. I'm definitely going to put a pic of the belly in there as soon as we get ours back!

    Our living room has mostly pictures of H and I. I didn't mean for it to end up that way, but it just happened. I joke that its our little world. Nobody finds it odd when I bring it up, and most of our friends are honest enough to say something. I think you should post a maternity photo in the LO's room. I want to get a picture frame to hold a picture of my H when he was a bay, a picture of baby me, and a picture of our son.

    We did this in DS1's room. Now I feel like we need to do it again for DS2, but also think it would be weird. I'd also need to find two more decent pictures of DH and I.

    As for maternity pictures, I don't think it would be strange at all in the nursery. Just think of it as one of your first pictures of you and LO!

    We'll probably put one in our room (there are some good couple ones), we are adding one to the gallery wall and there are a couple that i think would be cute in the nursery.

    Ours will be more of a maternity/family photo that includes DS1 so I'll be hanging them in the living room. I'm doing the belly to baby photo session so once DS2 gets here I'll hang those with the maternity ones so that it creates a little collage of the whole family.

    I think that's totally fine to put one of you. It's like you and the baby anyway... I wouldn't think it was weird if I saw that. I'm going to put one of my and my husband (maternity photos) in the nursery and then the rest will go in an album.
