I feel like I have no everyday summer clothes. I have a bunch of stained tank tops and short shorts that I wear around the house and then I have dressier stuff. Nothing in between. I have to go to a BBQ today and I feel like I'm going to be overdressed because I can't find anything casual that I'm not embarrassed to wear.

I'm right there with you! I always hated shopping for shorts, but I feel like that's what would be perfect. Maybe I'll get out of the house with baby and go looking for some.
I want nothing more in life right now than to poop.
Oh. You know the sprinkle drama? Guess who's having one now? DH is all "but my family likes parties" so I told him they can have one, but it's for HIS family only. Not my family, not friends, and there will be no gift requests like B SIL with her gift receipts for diapers. No talk of gifts at all. I'm not doing a thing for it, and I'm very close to asking them to stop using the word sprinkle before I vomit. But I don't want to sound like a total ass lol. Also, it's at MILs house.
Flame away.
Oh man, I had such a hard time pooping when I was pregnant. I started drinking coffee again and that definitely helped. I just had one small cup every morning. No flames on the sprinkle. Just enjoy yourself! It makes people happy to throw parties and give gifts. Just let them.

I haven't gone shopping for clothes since I just find that whole prospect depressing. It was already hard enough finding clothes that fit right with big boobs, but now they're bigger, and my stomach is poochier, and I have to find things that are nursing friendly as well.
I also haven't gotten new sports bras for the same reason. I don't even know what to do about that since the ones I had don't have a size for me now..
I don't think DH understands my aversions, since he would ask why I don't buy something for myself instead of more diaper covers. Because it's more fun to buy diaper covers for DS. And less stressful

Not pooping is the worst!!! So sorry you are going through that. Walking was the most relief I could get. Not sure if you are up for a brisk walk with the heat and being pregnant... But that's how I got it going better than meds, foods, etc. I feel like I tried it all.
PP I'm still not regular... *Maybe* every other day. It's so in frequent i still get excited about it and tell DH! Lol. Pregnancy changes so many many things!
mine: DH is adamantly against buying used diapers, but I found a great deal on prefolds, covers and some AIOs. So I fibbed to him and told him that the seller bought them and prepped them but never used them.
Confession #2: I rarely rinse off DS's toys when he drops them on the floor.... I feel like all I would ever be doing is washing his toys. Especially when Ilet him play in his high chair, and there's something falling every 10sec.

We're supposed to wash them every time?!?
Teething rings I wash regularly, everything else gets a washed once and then when I have time. Which is probably every 6 months or if its looking dingy. Germs are good, right?
As for the other topic. I wish I could poop too. I drink coffee, eat fruit, take fiber, and drink coconut water just to stay some what regular.

People keep asing if they should wash/rinse off his toys/tethers whenever they hit the floor it seems like. The germs build up his immune system, right?
I'm sorry, I'm with MK about the IL's throwing a party being a huge PITA. I hated....HATED that my IL's wanted to throw a shower for us. If my IL's are anything like MK's, I totally feel the anxiety. The shower wasn't for us, it was for them and I hated every minute of it.
Against all recommendations on this board, two times this week I have done the wash cycle for M's dipes on COLD. (had been doing hot since the beginning, but testing out a different temperature bc if I can get them just as clean with cold, i'll keep doing it that way.)

IMO, they only need to be washed if they're visibly dirty.

We're in nap hell today. DS fell asleep for all of 5 minutes in the car on the way home from the playground, took a 30 minute morning nap (when it is normally a 2 hour nap), and is now alternating b/n screaming and singing in his crib when he's clearly exhausted. I didn't realize that I hadn't turned the monitor on until I heard him screaming upstairs from where I sit downstairs. Despite all this, I have found myself daydreaming all week about having another baby. I am not ready for another one, and usually there is a moment at some point during the day at least 4 days per week when I promise DS that his behavior is guaranteeing that he'll be an only child (in my head...I don't actually tell him). I think I am mentally ill. Can I please take an aspirin and go to bed? For like a week?
The alphabet only has 26 letters...there were bound to be similarities.
Right?! Theirs is Jackson, Jack for short. I'm debating on changing Jace to Jake, just bc I can.
And maybe she's pronouncing her future babies name wrong.
Lol!
My friend is just like this. When I got pregnant she asked me to please not name my kid anything that started with "t" cause that's what she was going with.... Um, bitch please. I'm KU and you aren't even TTC.
My FFFC is that I don't think Channing Tatum is attractive. At all.

I was going through some stuff we were given for Baby Lamb and found a bottle. While I was looking at it my dog came over and started sniffing it. He then started licking the nipple! I realized my kid and my dog will probably share toys and I'm probably not going to freak out. I will however sanitize the bottle before we used it
When she used bottles I sterilized them between every use. (luckily it was only for the occasional pumped bm...which made it easier) but dropped toys only get washed every now and then.
