  aww thanks! yesterday went really well we got out the house on time even with a poop!  Today we dropped him off and he was excited and doing this dance he does when he's extra happy. I was sooooooo happy and pleased! 

  
  

  He still does not take his afternoon nap with his class but i imagine that will take time to adjust

  as is he hates to nap in the afternoon with me anywat. We are traveling this weekend but plan on working on the afternoon nap time.

  
  

  I am trying to put him to bed 15 mins earlier every day, so far so good. the 3rd day is always the hardest I hear (fingers and toes crossed)

  
  

  I start my interim role with my former employer in a week so this was refreshing to see. both my husband and I work 4 day workweeks so my LO will go to daycare 3 days a week for a bit.
