Constipation - feel so bad :(

 I'm sure there's already a thousand posts way back about this.  My little man was trying to push so hard and crying this morning on the way to my MIL's.  I had to pull over and try the old greased up thermometer trick again.  All that came out was a little pebble.  I feel sooooo bad for him.  I'm going to lay off solids for a day or two to see if that helps.  Anyone know if there's baby prune juice?  Like the other Gerber juices?  I can't seem to find it anywhere and he won't eat pureed prunes.  Or is regular prune juice watered down ok?

Any other suggestions?  Poor little man and his poor little hiney

    I used Sunsweet Prune juice, you can add water if you want but I didnt always unless she needed extra fluid intake. You can use prune, apple or pear juice with no sugar added.

    Thanks ladies.  I'm going to get some Sunsweet prune juice on the way home.  I've heard the warm bath thing....totally forgot about that.  I'm going to take a bath with him tonight.  Hopefully that's not when everything decides to come out lol

    Gerber makes baby prune/apple juice, and they have pear juice too.  Both will help for constipation.  Don't lay off the solids, just see if you can add some water to his diet or some prunes or pears.

    Poor baby. Baileys has had issues too and it's so horrible. She won't drink juice which makes things tougher for us. I puree peaches and pears and mix in some prune juice and a little oatmeal to thicken it up. Seems to help and she loves it.

    Just heard from my MIL.  he had a nice big soft poopie diaper a little bit ago.  WOO HOO!!!  Sorry for the TMI.  I'll stick with your suggestions for the weekend, just in case  :)
