1. How far along are you? 40 + 3

2. Any upcoming or recent appointments? Not until sometime next week.

3. Anything you'd like to share, vent about, etc.? I lost my MP yesterday. I was so hopeful something would start, but nada. Sigh. It would almost have been better not to lose it so I wouldn't have gotten my hopes up! I know in my head it doesn't mean anything, but I was so excited to have some sort of progress that I just thought maybe... Anyways... *Just keep swimming, just keep swimming!*

4. QOTD: Any pets? If so, are you worried about how they'll react to LO? We have a mini schnauzer - Miley. She's definitely our baby, so I'm worried she'll be jealous at first, but I think she'll come around quickly. She's also super skittish, so she may just be terrified of him. Hoping it's an easy transition!

3. Anything you'd like to share, vent about, etc.? Having tons of contractions, just nothing regular... If I'm still not dilated at all, I might lose it.

4. QOTD: Any pets? If so, are you worried about how they'll react to LO?
Nope, no pets.

2. Any upcoming or recent appointments?
Yes. Today at 2pm.

3. Anything you'd like to share, vent about, etc.?
Last night and right now I am in a lot of pain. The pain is consistent but not consistent enough to call L&D.

4. QOTD: Any pets? If so, are you worried about how they'll react to LO?

Two cats and a dog. No, they are used to the pandemonium.

1. How far along are you? I am 40+1 so I can't complain too much but of course I am so ready to meet her!!

2. Any upcoming or recent appointments? I have an appointment this morning for an ultrasound and NST.

3. Anything you'd like to share, vent about, etc.? I have been getting very anxious about becoming a mom, this keeps me awake for longer than usual at night. I'm a FTM so I'm worried about everything that goes into motherhood! LOL

4. QOTD: Any pets? If so, are you worried about how they'll react to LO? I have two dogs and I'm afraid they will feel neglected once she arrives. They will still welcome her but I'm just afraid they won't be my happy pups anymore.

1. How far along are you? 40w5d

2. Any upcoming or recent appointments? Apt yesterday, 2.5 cm dilated. Induction set for monday. A little relieved to have an official end date and know my LO will be in my arms soon! We are telling all family and friends ill be induced wednesday so i dont get the "good luck" "hows it going" "you nervous" calls... As well as no one in the waiting room. it will also be a nice surprise when we announce she is here!

3. Anything you'd like to share, vent about, etc.? Finishing my first week on maternity leave and without a LO to care for has left me painfully bored. I have been doing crafts, organizing, tackling the to do list. Driving in the car has gotten uncomfortable with accelerating, so i am somewhat confined at home.

4. QOTD: Any pets? If so, are you worried about how they'll react to LO? We have 2 dogs, a boxer mix (Caz, 4.5yrs) and a german shorthaired pointer mix(Dane, 3yrs). Im not worried about their reaction to LO, i am worried about their rough play episodes in the house, and them sitting or laying on her. Our boxer throws punches which we cant control so that has me nervous of scrapes. And they already love the new toys in the house, telling them no is so hard because every stuffed animal has been theirs the last 2.5years!

Today at one. Ultrasound nonstress test and one other thing I can't remember. Wishing and hoping they will say oh hey go have your baby tonight. But.... I don't think this baby will ever come out. Wahhh

3. Anything you'd like to share, vent about, etc.?
I'm just so sore. I think I might have lost at least part of my plug yesterday? Saw something on the shower floor but.... I guess I'm not sure it really came from me or.... Well it must have. Gross. But I know it probably means nothing.

4. QOTD: Any pets? If so, are you worried about how they'll react to LO?
We have fish, a parakeet and a lionhead bunny (lives inside but doesn't have full run of the house. She destroys furniture as bad as a dog or cat!) Not really worried. Just hoping to keep on top of cleaning/caring for the pets and not ignoring them.

Mobile- hope it doesn't mess everything up on me...

40 W 3 Days
No appts this week.
Lots of pelvic pain, some cramps but no contrqctions. I am 4-5 cm dil as of wed but nothing is really happening.
One dog named Remy. She is pretty happy and has never been jealous. We aren't too worried.

I am due today!

My next appt is Monday and they also scheduled me for Thursday. I am AMA, so I get NSTs before each appt. My last appt was Tuesday, and as of then there was no progress. He said I was softer, but that's it

I feel enormous and have lots of pressure. I had a cramp in my calf yesterday that eventually traveled up my leg to my butt. But things aren't too bad, I am still up and about with DS and DD, though we definitely aren't as active as usual. I am happy with my OB's office for not even mentioning induction. My dr said everything looks absolutely perfect and even though baby measures on the big side, my body can handle it (other 2 were big). So he sees no reason as of now to induce

No pets and no intentions on ever getting one. Three kids is enough

1. 40 weeks + 4 days

2. Yesterday - NST (baby girl is doing well!) - Monday evening, induction (defiantly hoping for her arrive this weekend - I DO NOT want to be induced).

3. - Not too fond of playing the waiting game - I've been 2ctm dilated and 80% for a couple weeks...still feeling like she is making her way slowly (cramping with light contractions and moderate discomfort) - just excited to meet our baby girl!

- Trying not to get annoyed with friends and family constant asking if she's arrived (I know they are excited as we are)...she will arrive when she is good an ready -and- we plan on making an announcement after she arrives while we are still in the hospital

4. We have one (fur) little girl Lily (6yr old lab). She is so spoiled, and has proven to have a natural mother instinct with my nephew and our friends' babies. She has been extra protective of me during the pregnancy and we frequently find her laying in the nursery watching over the crib. I do believe it will be an easy transition, but it will be challenge to make sure she gets enough exercise - especially during the first couple weeks.

1. How far along are you? 40 + 1 (barely overdue!)

2. Any upcoming or recent appointments? Yesterday, nothing to report (opted not to be checked). Next one in a week ... then we start talking about helping this LO along.

3. Anything you'd like to share, vent about, etc.? Absolutely no signs that labor is going to kick into gear. Just utterly unable to sleep well anymore - sore everywhere! I feel like a jack-in-the-box ... when will all of this start? I've actually finished a bunch of projects that have been on the back burner for months. It is *time* for this LO to exit.

4. QOTD: Any pets? If so, are you worried about how they'll react to LO? No pets (DH has allergies, we have a tiny tiny apartment)

1. How far along are you? 40w2d 2. Any upcoming or recent appointments? Monday 3. Anything you'd like to share, vent about, etc.? Been having consistent cramps for 5 hours now. Not very painful and not timeable, however, it is getting my hopes up. 4. QOTD: Any pets? If so, are you worried about how they'll react to LO? We have 2 dogs. They've been around babies, so I'm not worried about how they'll react. I do worry that they'll bark while baby is sleeping and destroy baby toys though.

1. How far along are you?
40 weeks 4 days

2. Any upcoming or recent appointments?
Monday. I haven't been doing cervical checks, but I plan to Monday. I also plan to let him do a membrane strip if possible. He will also do a non-stress test while I'm there, and we will discuss possible induction options for the following week. I'm really hoping to birth med free, and my doctor has said he is comfortable letting me go to 42 weeks so long as all checks out with the baby.

3. Anything you'd like to share, vent about, etc.?
My patience for other people is wearing extremely thin. I know everyone means well, but I'm just so sick of answering questions and replying to dumb comments. It's making me not want to be around people. But I'm bored and usually very social, so that isn't really a good way to feel.

4. QOTD: Any pets? If so, are you worried about how they'll react to LO?
One precious little dog who I cannot wait to see with my baby! He is great around other babies and kids, so I'm hoping it will be the same with ours. I could see him getting a little jealous of the attention we give to the baby though.

1. How far along are you?

40+1 so barely overdue but definitely over it!

2. Any upcoming appointments?

I just had an appointment yesterday and have another one next friday. This past appt Doc checked my cervix and said I was only 1cm but my cervix was soft so he attempted a membrane sweep. (ouch!!) have been having NST's since I was 30 weeks all have been normal. According to Doc if LO doesn't come out by next friday then he wants to induce.

3. Anything you'd like to share, vent about, etc.?

I really want to have my LO med free but I am afraid that I will not be able to if our little Abigail doesn't want to come out. My doc is dead set on inducing me if LO doesn't come out by friday. I am a worrier and just afraid that if I do get induced something might happen and then I end up getting a c/s. Now in the end all I want is for LO to be born safe and healthy but still I am anxious. Also I am feeling very anti-social. I am tired of everyone asking me the same 5 questions and trying to touch me. Sometimes I feel very close to punching people out.

4. QOTD: Any pets? If so, are you worried about how they'll react to LO?

Yes a 6yo cat that I swear is more like a person than anything. I am kind of worried as far as introductions go but I think that after a little bit they will be just fine together. My one concern is him being jealous of all the attention that will be on the baby now and not on him. We will see.

How far: 40w5d
Upcoming appt: nope had my BPP today and NST which baby got 4/8 on (he sleeps in the mornings) and passed NST fine! So dr said yep having baby today instead of Sunday! Woohoo!!! He probably won't come till tomorrow tho.
Vent: I'm so over swelling! And I have two cousins who are royally irritating me with their comments about everything.
Pets: yep 3 dogs I'm having my sister bring a blanket from hospital back to then before we come home! Hoping we are home by Sunday!!
Extra: there's a double rainbow outside our window!!!
