Harmony results- sort of!

Well the genetics people called and left a message that we have a 1:10,000 risk for  trisomy 13,18, 21.  We were very happy to hear that!!!!  But then she didn't leave anything about the gender or the sex chromosome abnormality testing.  I called back and she said that the lab told her that because it was twins they couldn't do the sex chromosomes.  The genetics counselor we had who suggested the Harmony test said that they would be able to do it, so now DH and I are disappointed.  I have a call in to the counselor we spoke with earlier in July to find out what the deal is. I know I shouldn't complain since the results were good, but damn! I wanted to know what these little people were!!!! 
Me (37) DH (39); PCOS changed to Unexplained, changed to DOR in 2012 (finally a correct diagnosis!); 
Started TTC 2009 with RE after 6 months.  
Clomid + Trigger x2; 
IUI + Femara x1,
IUI + Follistim x2;
IVF #1 (MDL) February 2013- BFN.
IVF #2 (antagonist) May 2013, First BFP of my life. 
Identical twin miracle BOYS (!!) headed our way- due date is technically 2/4/14 but c section is scheduled for 1/7!

    Yay for healthy babies!! I've also heard you couldn't get the sex for twins with these tests. That sucks though since you were told you could and were expecting it.

    right! that's what we were told!!! and since they are identical we would know if they were girls or boys then.  that's what is so frustrating.  i know with the mat21 test they can do gender of twins, don't know why harmony would be different.
