I'm starting to go back to the gym while BFing. I'm worried about not eating enough calories to sustain my milk supply and lose weight. How do I know how many to eat? I'm finding a lot of differing opinions out there.
I always ate to hunger, lost lots of weight but managed to have an almost oversupply. I think how much you breastfeed or pump has more to do with you r supply than your diet and exercise. I started running at 5 weeks postpartum...no issues.
