"pregnant all in the face"? I am seriously confused. I've heard "you have that glow" but "you look pregnant all in the face"? I didn't know whether to be offended or flattered. So I just stared at them blankly
I have never heard the phrase "you look pregnant in the face" Personally, I would be kind of offended because it sounds like someone is saying I have a fat face...I'm guessing this is not what they mean, but it is how I would take it at first.
I would give the person a blank stare and ask them what that means.
I had a coworker ask me (before I had told anyone) if I was pregnant because my face looked fat. Not sure what they mean by "pregnant in the face." I haven't heard that one before.
I didn't put too much stock into what this coworker said because she had asked me just a few months before if I was pregnant because my face looked fat, and I definitely was not then.
I'd keep the blank stare and then simple ask, "what do you mean?" You'll be able to tell what they're getting at by their reaction. I'm not sure why, but people think it's okay to comment on a pregnant woman's physical features.

I have no idea!
Reminds me of "you don't look pregnant from behind"
Wtf? How would you look pregnant from behind? Bump in the wrong place?
I've gotten the glowing and not liking it from behind, but not yet has my face looked pregnant...
I think you may have had a little Freudian Autocorrect there. :P

This. That is not a compliment. They are basically saying you have a fat face.
Ok. The damn quote function does not work. It's quoting the person but dropping their text down into my box, even though I'm typing after the blockquote language.
Yeah sorry My husband and I are often able to tell if an actress is pregnant but hiding her bump on a TV show by the puffiness in her face. I'm guessing that's what they are referring to. Oh the joys of pregnancy.....
(I personally am more disturbed by the teenage level of acne all over my chest & neck. Ugh!!)
