Anyone here run their own business?

I am in the process of starting my own business and would love to hear what other mompreneurs do.  I just read an article about moms who went and started their own businesses after having babies.  I was totally inspired.  Anyone else here work for themselves?  What do you do?

    I started my own wedding-related business four years ago, and I have my own website and also sell on Etsy.  It's to the point now where I make more with my business than my FT job less expense of two in daycare (DS is 18 months and I'm expecting a DD here some time in the next two weeks).  

    I love it, because with what I do, I have a six week turnaround time, and I have the flexibility to work whenever I want... during naps, after bed time, or when DH is watching him for a bit.  Depending how things go after DD arrives and how things go after I return to work, I may or may not quit my job to stay home with my two kids and just run that business.  I'm still contemplating.  We'll see!

    Awesome!  I currently work full time as well, and am pregnant (6 weeks).  So this will be an addition to what is already on my plate.  I love it though, so it doesn't feel like work :)  What is your website?  I'd love to check it out, and I have tons of friends getting married soon!

    Yeah, I've been juggling my FT day job and this business over the years... it got really rough when you threw in getting my Master's in there and also having DS.  :)  It can get hectic, but my favorite part of running my own business is just the flexibility of all.  I'm so happy with how it's grown to where I could potentially stay at home and do it.  I do love my day job though, so it's a hard choice for me to make.

    I'm an attorney and have my own law firm. I have one partner and generally work 9-5, M-F.
