In the spirit of Skidderdo's "GET REAL" post yesterday, I'm starting today's version.
Last night I didn't workout as I intended, but I DID do a great job of prepping for the morning today, thus got up and got on the treadmill at 5:30 AM... it was just a quick 30 minute workout (ran 20 minutes and did 10 minutes of arms on the BOSU trainer), but better than nothing. I'd set the coffee to brew automatically nad got my smoothie prepped in the fridge last night, along with prepping LO's bottles, so that was one less thing to deal with this morning.
Goal is to do that one more time this week, and then get a third workout over the weekend.
Next week's goal is to maintain 3X / week, and figure out how to start bringing my lunch to work instead of eating out.
I'm already exhausted but I feel really good and proud of that accomplishment.
I'd love to be able to fit in my old business wardrobe by the end of august (we have a summer dress code until then, but Sept 1 it is back to suits and heels!)

Haha about lifting the cupcakes. I'd very innocently been having a cookie with my usual salad or sandwich from au bon pain, and then I looked at the nutrition info yesterday and discovered that it was NINE weight watchers point (I get 35 in a day). Uh, no cookie today!
Haha. Cupcakes! Last week I ate aalllllmost an entire package of chocolatey rice cakes. I lost a couple pounds that week, too. Lol I walked on the treadmill yesterday and swam in the pool a bit. Put a bathing suit on!
I'd like to make this a daily check in, if others are interested. I'm happy to start it when I'm around. Does that sound like a good idea?
Only bad thing is that when we're here, I'm always hungry and let myself indulge. We have oreos and cheese doodles in the pantry. Uh oh.
