Question

Ella never liked her arms swaddled beside the fact we were told in hospital arms out..I always use the swaddle me just for her legs and her onesie because when she sleeps in footy PJs she moves so much her toes get caught then she cries because her feet are not in the right spot when she stretches..so my question is..since she is sleeping in a onesie and swaddle me on lower half..if she can roll is it still OK to use since her arms are out..its the same as using sleep sack right? I think she likes the wrapped feeling around her chest she always sleeps better
