Gift for my nanny - 21st birthday

Our nanny is amazing.  We love her so much and want to do something nice for her birthday.  Clearly the 21st is all about the booze, going out with friends, and finally being able to go to the bars.  I'd like to do something classy but fun, $200 or under.  I've thought about a Tiffany's necklace or renting a limo for her and her friends, just to give you an idea of some thoughts I've had.  Any great ideas out there?  There has to be far more creative people than me....

    Maybe a day off to relax.  A spa gift certificate is always a great gift IMO.  A facial, mani/pedi, a massage....sounds like a heavenly birthday!

    I think a limo would be good. She will be partying and having a limo to dd would be awesome

    I would say a birthday bonus, cash. I think that is the perfect gift. If you don't want to do cash a gc to a retailer where she can buy clothes? Maybe?

    I got the same thing from the family I babysat for.  It was for my high school graduation but either way really appreciated it.

    thanks all.  i got her a coach for christmas last year, so i'm tapped out on that one!  (she loved it!!)  still totally usure what i'm going to get her....
