Update from BJ:

Hi everyone,

So -- we are aiming for an 8pm EST changeover tonight. I am going to be on the boards with the team, so please - any feedback - leave it here and I will get to it asap!

If possible, try to leave all feedback you want me to pass along to BJ in one post. Again, IF POSSIBLE. Hopefully everything will work out and it will be possible. lol.

Just a few things I'm already noticing- post counts went down again (at least mine did).

Also, any way post counts could be displayed under the poster's name so that you don't have to click on their profile to see?

This isn't really a big deal to me but kind of odd- my ticker for this baby switched to a different style. I think it was html code from a different site, so that could be why.

There's too much white, the post counts are inaccurate, and everything is just unorganized.

This does suck and it's awful.

But, if you scroll past the 100 "Announcement" posts, you will find current posts.

Just dismiss the announcement posts and you won't have to scroll by them anymore

What I've noticed:

If you click on a username, post counts haven't actually changed, they've just been categorized. If you add them up, you should still have the same total.

I still can't figure out how to make a new post from mobile. What the heck am I missing?

I also wish that post counts appeared below avatars.

I still want the boards listed over to the left. I don't like the drop down box on the right.

This is how I feel. And it brings back super old posts and then below the newer posts..not loving it!

My regular screen name is*blue*flower* and now because of the special characters I cannot reply to posts or start new threads. I get a signature invalid message every time. I had to get a new account so I could try to find a way to be helped with this issue. I am unable to change my user name myself. Any help with the issue would be appreciated!

Very clean and I think it will be easier to follow once we get used to it. I agree with the post counts comments - it would be nice if they were visible.

When I first logged in I got that web attack pop-up message again and was then taken to a standard IE (I know, its work's only allowed option) cannot connect to page screen.

Other than that I think it will take some getting used to. But it is a whole lot of white.

And I like that I can Bump from my work computer again. I couldn't after the last failed update and TB reverted back to its previous version.

ETA: I just noticed that at the top of the screen it says I have 2 notifications. When I click on it it says I have none. That's a little annoying.

Also on mobile: there is not a simple way to get back to O13 when in a post. There is no direct link.

I posted my HDBD pic from mobile very easily, but the pic showed up side-ways and I couldn't figure out how to edit it.

Mobile is difficult to navigate. I see every old sticky post and every time I hit "back" (on Safari) I am taken back to the top of the page and I have to scroll past all the old sticky posts again.

I also wish my super awesome siggy I worked so hard on was still here, and not my siggy from 1st tri. Petty, I know. But it annoys me.

It's driving me crazy that on mobile the only name next to a post is for the person who responded most recently. I would much rather see the original poster's name.

And I second that mobile is harder to navigate.

And I also agree that being able to see the original poster on mobile needs to return as well as viewing post counts under the avatar.

I also don't like not having the option to edit posts anymore. (I would have edited to add all of this to my first response)

I deleted all the old announcements. You shouldn't be able to see them any more.

I edited my HDBD post. It was in the top right corner, a little gear box

Right now, my only complaints are the same as everyone else's. Having to scroll through the old posts is super annoying plus I loathe the fact that we can't edit our responses if we need to. I'll be back with more issues, I'm sure.

I am loving that you can attach a file then insert it to your post. I have gifs saved on my computer, and it's a lot more efficient than going to tinypic then back here.

I agree completely. Also: How convenient that they tell you how many new posts were added to something you previously read, and then when you open it, it takes you straight to the new post. Great update.

Agree with the bolded above - also, my siggy is an old siggy from March even after I went in and saved it about a billion times. What am I missing??

This looks like an extreme downgrade from the previous format. It looks cheap and uninteresting, not "clean." If I were a new member, I would not return.

Why so much white? Graphic design wasn't included in the cost?

My ticker suddenly bumped me up 8 days in my pregnancy. I should let my doctor know.

ETA: Also, what's the point of the "Love it" button? Being that this is a forum we should encourage discussion, right? If I "love it" I would rather quote and tell them so than hit a "Like" button and end the discussion there.

GBCN on proboards is so much better, just FYI. Much better, easier layout. Easier to upload pics on mobile, etc. This is why the mass exodus happened last year. Get the kinks out first before the changes. What has changed since last week? Still same problems. I should be able to change my OLD siggy but can't.

There are certain features I like. Responding to posts and posting pictures seems to be a little easier. The "like" feature is pretty cool. I don't like the layout and the fact that it's all white makes it hard to navigate. I wish they could have added a few new features to the old layout.
