When I saw the footage of Kate Middleton outside of the hospital, all I could think was..wow, her crotch is probably hurting. Get that woman a wheelchair.

I had such anxiety after my first baby was born..I didn't really want ANY visitors. I can't imagine entertaining a million of them the day after giving birth.

She seems like a wonderful person. I'm sure she knows what she "signed up for" but I hope it doesn't feel like too much for her. I would be way too overwhelmed if I were in her place.

    I was thinking about her crotch too. And then thought I was probably kinda weird. lol

    Not to mention she looked gorgeous as usual. I think I looked like death for a couple days after my LO arrived! They looked so happy I'm incredibly excited for them!

    A girl on fb, a friend of mine with no kids said that she still looked pregnant and she thought the even today was staged. UM WTF?! Of course she looks preggo a little because she JUST had a baby. She looks damn good!!!! I told her she would eat those words after she had kids

    She looked amazing! She faked being happy about being out of bed really well!

    All I could think of was the PP bleeding....can you imagine being worried about that in front of the entire world?

    If I had had someone to give me a blowout I would have looked pretty good too. I thought she looked great. And I totally thought about her crotch too.

    Oh yeah. I wore the huge hospital underpants, pads, ice packs and various creams for days. Her dress was loose but I wouldn't have blamed her if she had worn a full on '80s muu muu like Diana did with William.
    Baby girl born 5/20/13. Figuring it out as we go. :)

    I kept thinking about the bleeding...I was basically wearing a diaper 24 hrs postpartum and blood would gush out of me and down my leg nearly every time I stood up.

    I was thinking the same thing about the bleeding! Mine wasn't that bad but still I wouldn't have wanted to wear a pretty dress and pantyhose with heels!

    Her hairdresser did do her hair in the hospital. I thought she looked a little tired under the make up, though lovely of course, and I appreciated her not hiding her tummy.

    I, too, thought about the pp bleeding, pains, and ice pack/jumbo pad mesh underwear haha I know she had a stylist and all but still, she looked amazing!

    BFP 5/21/10, Missed m/c 7/5/10 at 11w3d (baby measured 7wks), D&C 7/7/10

    Aug/Sept 2010 - CD3&10 b/w & u/s, genetic testing, SA, HSG, & Lap/Hyst to remove septum

    12/09/10 BFP -- 7/05/11 DS born at 33w5d. Came home after 23d in NICU at 37w0d

    June 2012 - TTC #2! -- 10/05/12 BFP --  5/23/13 DS2 born at 37w1d! Yay full term!

    Surprise BFP 6/25/14 LO#3 due Feb2015!

    Love her! I was thinking about those pads that you twist and it is like an ice pack! Poor girl! She is wonderful though and she looked great.  How cute was her dress? And I love the fact that she was still puffy and embracing it. Also the fact that William had his sleeves rolled up and he drove home was pretty cool tool :) Could not imagine!
