What are the most useful things you carry along with you in your diaper bag (we're not talking an extra diaper or wipes)? Share specific products you keep on hand when out and about with your little one that a new mom wouldn't know to put on her list!
Thanks -

Trash bags as well. I hadn't thought about hand sanitizer, but that is a great idea.
That's a great idea! Way cheaper than the "disposable changing pads" you can buy!
Hand Sanitizer. Can't use it enough!
My diaper bag came with a changing pad, and that has come in SO handy.
Kitchen scissors, seriously! I've been carrying them since DS was 9 months old to cut his food when we eat out. I can do it in half the time and restaurants always give me a butter knife to cut with. I've even had family/friends that eat out with us ask to use them for their kids meals.
2nd best item are the crayons that restaurants hand out. I put them in a ziplock bag and pull them out during doctor apps for DS to color on the paper they roll out on the table ... Keeps him distracted so I can talk to the doctor.
ok we'll obviously we eat out a lot, lol.
